The "Privacy Policy for Registered Users of EXI Fly APP" is jointly entered into by the user (hereinafter also referred to as "you") and EXI Fly APP (operated by Zhongshan Wing Star Innovation Technology Co., Ltd.). This APP fully respects and strictly protects your privacy and information. We hereby provide the following explanations and statements. The main function of this APP is to allow users to submit works through messages. By checking and confirming, you agree to all contents of this policy by default.

I. Collection and Use of Information

When you use this APP and its services, the following permission-related scenarios may apply:

1.1 Use of File and Media Permissions

When you use images within the APP (e.g., icon background images and explanatory pictures), the file and media permissions will only be invoked to cache these APP-specific images.

This includes caching of APP background images, scrolling advertisement images, and other relevant pictures.

1.2 Use of Location Permissions

When you use the [Go to Flight] or [Device] section and bind a drone, the APP will invoke location permissions to confirm the usage environment and operation location. This is to ensure the safety of the area and record the use of the lighting drone.

This permission is a necessary condition for safe use. If you refuse to grant it, you will not be able to connect to the drone for takeoff, but it will not affect regular APP functions such as viewing user guides.

Location permissions are only invoked when binding the drone to ensure the safety of the flight area.

1.3 Use of Email Access Permissions：

Email and verification codes are used for user account registration. You need to register an email address as the unique credential for your account, which is used to record drone usage logs.

Only the email address is used as the unique credential for account registration; no sensitive information such as mobile phone numbers or address books is invoked.

1.4 Use of Network Permissions：

WIFI network permissions are used to connect to the drone hardware device. Mobile data permissions are used to access user data and synchronize flight data.No other sensitive data from your mobile phone is invoked.

WIFI permission invocation is the only connection method for interaction between EXI Fly APP and our company's drones.

1.5 Other Permission Explanations：

This APP does not invoke the following sensitive permissions: address book, phone calls, body sensors, Bluetooth, microphone, calendar, short messages, and physical activity.

We promise not to actively obtain user information through sensitive permissions or invoke such permissions without your knowledge.

We comply with relevant laws and regulations and assume corresponding legal responsibilities.

If you disable all sensitive permissions of this APP through system settings, it will not affect your normal browsing and use of the APP.

2. Methods of Permission Invocation and Information Use：

2.1 To improve related services, our company may use cookies to store the number of user visits and clicks.Such use is limited to estimating traffic volume and supporting functional upgrades, and does not involve user privacy or any commercial purposes.

2.2 The location of the drone you use is related to whether the drone can be used, which is a necessary condition for the use of this product and APP.WIFI invocation is the only communication method for connecting the APP to the hardware, and it is a necessary interaction method for APP and hardware control.Permission invocation is only for the aforementioned purposes.

II. User Account Privacy Statement:

This application only records the user's email address as the account's unique identifier (ID). It does not actively collect or require other personal information such as the user's real name, phone number, or residential address.

Your account information and flight logs (including location data during device operation) are used solely to provide you with core services, ensure flight safety, and fulfill recording obligations required by laws and regulations.

Account Deletion

3.1 You have the right to delete your EXI Fly account at any time. You can initiate this process by clicking the [Settings] icon in the lower right corner within the APP, navigating to the [Account & Security] or a similar function page, and following the instructions to submit an account deletion request.

3.2 To ensure the operation is initiated by you, a verification code will be sent to the email address bound to your account during the deletion process. You must enter the correct verification code to complete identity authentication before proceeding with deletion.

3.3 Important Notice: Account deletion is an irreversible operation. Once you confirm deletion, we will, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, delete or anonymize your account information, all bound device information, and flight log data within a reasonable timeframe. Please back up any important data before proceeding. Certain information we are required to retain by law (such as transaction records) will be isolated and stored, and used only within the necessary scope as permitted by law.

3.4 After the account is deleted, you will no longer be able to use that account to log into the EXI Fly APP or access related services. The email address may become available for registering a new account.

Children's Privacy Protection

4.1 Our products, website, and services are primarily intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. Minors may not create their own user accounts without the consent of a parent or guardian.

4.2 If a parent or guardian discovers that we have collected a minor's personal information without their consent, please contact us using the methods provided in Section V of this policy. We will promptly delete the relevant data.

4.3 Due to the nature of our services and product design (involving drone operation), this application and its services are not directed at children under the age of 18. We have set corresponding age ratings when listing the application on app stores. If you are under 18 years of age, please do not register for or use our services.

III.Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution:

1.The conclusion, performance, interpretation of these "EXI Fly APP Registered User Privacy Terms" and the resolution of disputes hereunder shall be based on the laws of the People's Republic of China.

2.Any dispute arising between the parties concerning the content or performance of these "EXI Fly APP Registered User Privacy Terms" shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if no settlement can be reached, either party may initiate legal proceedings in accordance with the law.
